In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pko7", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pko7 platform and its operating entity, which holds an international gaming licence and operates the website accessible at pko7.org.
• "Platform" means the pko7 website, mobile site, and any associated applications, tools, software, APIs, and services made available by pko7.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the pko7 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the pko7 Platform, through which you access pko7 services.
• "Funds" means the PKR balance held in your pko7 Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and any applicable bonus balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins value, or other incentive amounts credited to your Account by pko7 pursuant to a promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means the PKR balance in your Account consisting of deposited funds and cash winnings, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, and any other features available on the pko7 Platform.

Use of the pko7 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or family member of any of the foregoing of pko7 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or platform partners.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on pko7 or under any self-exclusion programme that covers pko7.
• You must hold only one (1) registered Account on pko7. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

To access the full range of pko7 Services, you must register a personal Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times.

pko7 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or upon detecting unusual account activity. KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account confirming the registered mobile number).

pko7 may suspend withdrawal facilities and restrict account functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period notified by pko7 may be closed and any Real Money Balance returned to the last verified payment method used.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. pko7 will never request your password. Any transactions completed through your Account prior to you notifying pko7 of a security breach will be treated as authorised.

All financial transactions on pko7 are denominated and settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pko7 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your pko7 Account in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the Deposits page of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. pko7 does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and fraud screening. Standard withdrawal processing times are published on the Withdrawals page. pko7 reserves the right to process withdrawals using the same payment method used for deposits. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or mobile wallet registered in your own name.

• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• pko7 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
• In cases of suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, pko7 may withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.
• pko7 is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing timelines.

pko7 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL fixtures. All bonuses are governed by these Terms together with the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all pko7 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus is available once per household, IP address, device, payment method, and Account unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements at the expiry of the time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the promotion terms for each offer. Live casino games, certain slot categories, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly permitted by pko7.

All bets placed on pko7 sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, and all other sports — are subject to the pko7 Sportsbook Rules, which are published in full on the Platform. By placing a bet on pko7, you agree to be bound by those rules. Key provisions include:

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by pko7 systems and a bet reference number has been issued.
• pko7 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of an obvious error in odds — including but not limited to typographical errors, feed malfunctions, or pricing errors that are materially inconsistent with prevailing market rates at the time.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and at pko7's discretion. pko7 is not liable for latency, connectivity, or technical issues that affect in-play bet placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your Real Money Balance upon settlement of the relevant event.

Casino games, live dealer games, and other platform games (including slots, Dragon Fishing, and Mines Grand) are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. All pko7 casino games use independently certified RNG technology and are audited for fairness. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pko7 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on pko7 (multi-accounting), whether using your own identity or that of another person;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game outcomes;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain — any such gain will be voided and reclaimed by pko7;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse, charge-back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed by pko7;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pko7 staff or other users.

All content on the pko7 Platform — including but not limited to the pko7 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, databases, game interfaces, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of pko7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

pko7 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any pko7 content;
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated means;
• Use the pko7 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from pko7;
• Frame or link to the Platform in a way that misrepresents its origin or affiliation.

• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pko7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pko7 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Termination by You: You may close your pko7 Account at any time by contacting pko7 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance (net of any applicable Bonus Funds not meeting Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your last verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and any pending withdrawal review.

Termination by pko7: pko7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, money-laundering, or criminal activity;
• Abuse of bonuses or exploitation of Platform vulnerabilities;
• Multi-accounting or provision of false registration information;

Where an Account is closed by pko7 due to breach of these Terms, pko7 reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including Real Money Balance — to the extent permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the breach. pko7 will notify you of any such forfeiture in writing where reasonably practicable.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pko7's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal complaint to pko7 in writing at the contact details provided in Section 16. pko7 will acknowledge formal complaints within five (5) business days and provide a final response within thirty (30) business days, or notify you of the expected resolution timeline if the matter requires further investigation.

pko7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pko7 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered users via email or a prominent on-site notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the pko7 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
